Effective Date: July 08, 2025Thank you for choosing RAD GLUE, a high-quality AB epoxy distributed through Bolt Fulfillment, a boutique third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering competitive shipping rates across Canada and the United States. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a seamless delivery experience. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM local time may be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.
Shipping Destinations We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.
International shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates and Methods Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
We leverage partnerships with major carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, USPS) to offer discounted rates, passed directly to you without markup.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic deliveries (Canada and U.S.), depending on the destination.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery, with rates and estimated times provided.
Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Bolt Fulfillment is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
For cross-border shipments from Canada to the U.S., deliveries may take up to 4 additional days due to customs processes.
Tracking Your Order Use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to monitor your order’s status via the carrier’s tracking portal.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your RAD GLUE order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
For lost shipments confirmed as undelivered by the carrier, contact us to initiate a claim. Replacements or refunds will be processed after carrier verification.
Bolt Fulfillment is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but reported as lost or stolen.
Inventory and Availability All orders are subject to product availability. If RAD GLUE is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for any unfulfilled items.
RAD GLUE has a two-year shelf life from the manufacture date. Ensure proper storage to maintain product quality.
Holiday and Peak Season During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment and customs processing may take longer due to increased order volumes or carrier delays.
No fulfillment occurs on major holidays, including New Year’s Day, Canada Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
