Fix your own radiatior easily and affordably.

  • Step 1

    Wear PPE: Put on safety gloves, goggles, and a mask to protect against epoxy fumes and skin contact.



  • Step 2

    Depressurize & Drain: Ensure the radiator is completely cool and depressurized. Remove the cap and drain all coolant into a container.

  • Step 3

    Clean Area: Sand or brush the leak area to remove rust and dirt, wipe with alcohol, and dry completely.

  • Step 4

    Apply Rad Glue: Mix equal parts A and B epoxy, stir well for one minute, apply a thick layer over the leak, and let cure for 1 hour.
